Have lived here since the first of the year, and was surprised to see the negative ratings. Have not had ANY problems with noisy neighbors, and landscape and maintenance guys have been busy every decent day working on the landscape. Had to have a couple of repairs in my place early on, and they were fixed right away. Can't blame management that a few people here are pretty sloppy about dropping their pop cups, etc. on their way in to their apartments. It does tick me off, too. I have seen the maint. guy make the rounds picking up trash at least once a week.
Anyhoo....I guess it has made improvements recently.
