DO NOT LIVE HERE!

First of all, we pay $1000 a month for a piece of ----. It is technically a "two bedroom deluxe" and the "3rd bedroom" is actually a loft without a door or complete walls and is open to the apartment. When they found out there were three people looking for a place to live, they called this apartment a three bedroom instead so they could significantly increase the rent. You could get a lot more for your money elsewhere. The management is money hungry and extremely shady. I lived in a different unit (same apartment) about three years back and they were late returning my deposit AND THE CHECK BOUNCED! I had to hunt down one of the owners employees just to get my money back.

Parking usually isn't a problem, but random vehicles are left here for months at a time without being towed. The management are unprofessional idiots and will not return a phone call-you pretty much have to hunt them down.

You can hear EVERYTHING from people in other apartments to people coming up and down the stairs. The washer and dryer are in some ghetto unit that I refuse to use.

Also, there are parties...and not the "college kid" parties either-but random people that don't have jobs partying in the middle of the week. Everytime I walk up the stairs, I smell weed, and I am one of a few students in the complex. Also, there were a group of tennants that I'm 90% sure were dealing drugs, and it took months for them to be evicted.

I'm in the process of moving and I cannot tell you how happy I am. Again...DO NOT LIVE HERE
