I wouldn't live in any of this owners apartments again if I had a choice. (These two or Timberhills on Walnut). But if you gotta, be sure you ask for a move-in itemized sheet and FILL IT OUT and make a copy for yourself!! The manager will NOT offer you one, but has to give you one if you ask. If you don't, when you move they will charge you for a bunch of stuff that was bad when you moved in. Keep on them until they fix whatever...it'll take forever if you wait until later.
Owner is absentee most of the time, and shows up just long enough to raise the rents.
We had 4 managers in the last year, and heard they were getting anoter new one. They only work parttime weird hours and you can never get ahold of them.Glad we could finally get the heck out. Not pleasant to deal with EVER!!!
