Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
We lived at NorthPointe from 1999-September 2003. It was by far the best rental experience my husband and I have had. The apartment looked like new when we moved in and the staff was always willing to help when any minor thing went awry. The maintenance guy was particularly friendly and helpful, and often gave me tips on how to keep things up. Move-out was quick and easy (except for scrubbing our tub), and we got our full deposit back. Thank you NorthPointe. I recommend this for everyone living in Corvallis!
