Interesting new management at North Pointe. I was no longer in need of renting the washer and dryer from North Pointe a few months ago as I bought my own set, but I was informed that they would not remove the washer or dryer from my apartment because the management had no place to put them and they would have to continue charging me for them.
Not a very ethical approach to leasing appliances to tenants. Renters beware. Learn from my experiences.
