I lived there for more than a year. They are pretty good at some things like immediate service and the staff at NorthPointe itself are friendly. But, if for some reason you have to deal with the Management (Wilamette Management Group) they are ultra business. Do not believe their listing that they consider you as family or whatever.

I think the 200 dollar non-refundable deposit and then the additional charges from the blemishes in the cleaning we had done is totally inappropriate.
