False moveout charges

They are charging incorrect moveout fees and I am taking them to small claims court. the new management is attempting collect on falsified move out charges to off-set their losses. All items after a certain number of years are depreciated and I have contacted qn attorney who called NP and got them on vmail to say, that after 2 years the depreciation is x% and so on and so forth for all items, after2 3,4,5 years.
