I have lived here two years. Once I got used to the noise of the trains ( I got earplugs), I thought it would be fine. Then the management changed when the complex was sold. The new management does not enforce the rule for tenants to pick up after their pets. They are also unresponsive to requests for repair and say they have a six month waiting list for repairs.
