Although the main office's hours have been shortened in recent years, they are still polite and helpful. Having lived here for quite a while, I can say the place is generally quiet, and well taken care of. There are a lot of college students who live here, so there are parties from time to time, open windows with loud music, and people on their cellphones outside, but this is to be expected and usually isn't a consistent problem. During game weekends the place is very active, and if you're a football fan, you will love it.
