I have lived here for 3 years and until recently, I have absolutely HATED it! The previous manager was rude and abrassive (not only to us tenents but her staff too) and completely lacking ANY customer service skills. The manager that is there now is purely wonderful (a breath of fresh air)!! Every time I enter the office (now that I am willing to and choose to) there is always a smile on every face, we are greeted and made feel important. She has personally granted promises to us regarding any issue we bring up and has followed thru! (with the exception of parking-but she has tried hard) It is only now, with the new manager that I would recomend someone here! It's about time the owners got rid of miss priss (I hope she and her rude husband got fired!) We even have a newsletter now! (novel concept-communicate to your customers!) There has been a drawing for coupons and $ vouchers almost every month! It is absolutely amazing how much different and better in every way that our life now is.
