I have been living here about 6 months with my roommate. Not my choice to live here but she picked it. The staff is awful they talk to you like you are a worthless peice of crap. They do allow dogs and cats but not kittens or dogs that are certified therapy dogs. I have just gotten a kitten from my boyfriend and will have to move because of it.

They are constantly mowing, blowing or driving golf carts around making so much noise you cant study during the day. The office staff is very loud so if you live near there you can hear every word.

There is no parking, the employees get to park but the tenants do not. The bedrooms face the parking lot so they are loud but the living rooms face greenspace so are quiet.

The rent is fairly cheap and you only have to pay electric which is nice.
