As other reviewers have written, the Spring Creek management was very poor and parking is a problem. The apartments are noisy- not only because the bedrooms face the parking lot, but because the walls are very thin. We could even hear someone put a glass on the counter in the apartment next to ours. Our neighbors were relatively quiet, but we felt that we had no privacy. The layout of the apartments is awkward and the construction is poor. Everything is made of partical board. Although the apartment complex is in a nice part of town, management was surprisingly unconcerned with safety issues. They ignored our requests to fix the light outside our apartment for over a week.

The only positive thing I can say about these apartments is that they are in a nice location. They are next to Safeway, Bi-Mart, a dry cleaners, and coffee shop, and close to bike trails. Still, I would not recommend Spring Creek to anyone.
