We were living at Spring Creek apartments for 14 month. Living there was o.k. but moving out was horrible. When we moved out, I cleaned the apartment very good.On the preinspection date, they told me there wouldnt be any problem, because my apartment is clean. They even told me not to shampoo the carpet, because we wouldnt get the money back anyway. Two weeks later i got a bill what said i dont get my deposit back and i have to pay 125 Dollars, because we had smoke damage throughout the house. They also had to replace a door and I was post to pay for a stain in the carpet. The door had 3 little spots, where my son put tape on. I dont think you have to replace a whole door for this. We also never smoked in the apartment. I did not know that you where not allowed to cook, or light a candle when the electricity was gone for 12 hours.lol.( They told me it could be smoke damage from cooking a lot)
When you move there, dont light candles and dont cook because you apartment gonna be smoke damaged and you have to pay for the full painting

I was charged $300 for "smoke damage" ridiculous!
