This place isn't that bad but you have to take the good with the bad. The apartments are pretty spacious and mine had a fire place (mainly for looks) They just replaced my deck, which took a long time but now that they did the decks are nice and large. My apartment had old appliances, but they did work for the most part. The onsite manager is hardly ever available and not very good at returning phone calls unless you call the property management. If you want a quiet place, this isn't the best place. Walnut Blvd. is extremely loud at all hours. Smoking is aloud so if you are a non-smoker next to a smoker you will have to deal with smelling smoke when your windows are open, in fact even if they are closed you can still smell it. Maintenance is starting to improve but the apartments have been neglected for a long time and need a lot of work. Not all of the apartments have been renovated. However, my apartment was extremely large for a single bedroom and very affordable.
