Stayed here for 6 months on a month to month lease. Upon exiting they withheld my deposit and are attempting to charge me for fraudulent damage done by their maintanance staff. I complained about unsafe mold on walls and windows and staff did not address this even though we have a 2 year old and my gf was pregnant. The manager entered my apartment while I was sleeping and later said she was looking for the laundry room! I feel more like burning the building down than going to small claims court for my deposit. Your experience will be similar. I paid my rent on time every month and was suckered in because it was relatively cheap and a month to month agreement... Simply NOT WORTH IT... unless your comfortable living and being managed by straight up trailor trash!
