No thought about separating students from working families. Can be quiet or very noiseynot a reliable lifestyle. Keep owner's telephone (Western Heritage 503-645-5544) handy as sometimes the only way to handle an issue. When moving out be sure to have manager walk through your cleaned apartment to insure getting all of you money back. Be sure to check complex at night as lighting can brutally illuminate your bedroom. Make sure your bedroom is not adjacent to parking lot.
