I lived in witham village and only moved when I bought a house. The manager is caring and makes efforts beyond any other managers that I have experienced. The staff are nice and even helped me unload my car in the rain.
The maintainence is done when reported. The grounds are very quiet and private. The pool is nice in the summer.
I would recommend witham village to people looking for quiet living.

I am also a resident and I completely agree. I am looking to move right now for a shorter commute and I do not believe some of the bad reviews that have been givin.

I think the people who are trying to discredit the negative reviews must work for the mgmt co. I am a former resident and I do not agree with the positive reviews. These apts are poor quality and I never experienced the management to be that helpful.

Very poor experienced. Felt harrassed and extorted. I am sure some people had a positive experience, no doubt. I hope it is not residents of particular age, status, or gender that are discriminated against.
