nice apartment From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   i found witham village by there website. the application was done over the fax and was easy and i placed and reserve deposit on the apartment before i even reached town. it was so easy. the apartment is very clean and has new carpet and new decks which are huge i now get to eat breakfast on my bedroom deck and bbq on my living room deck. the apartment is big and the complex is quiet which is what the manager told me when i spoke to him on the phone but i thought all managers said that but he is right it is so quiet.
