Great environment, friendly management, mold problems. - This apartment complex is older, they do have newer ones in the back for higher rent, but the phase 1 apartments are older and tend to have mold problems. Airing out your apartment, tile-x, and bleach all become your friend. That aside, the only other negative aspect is it's rather small for a family. But that's manageable. Surprisingly high crime The main distinguishing feature of Spring Creek is that they have nightly breakins in their (small, overcrowded) parking lots. After about 500 break ins they finally got a video camera but they pointed it at the entrance of Creekside where it can't possibly do any
