noisy neighbors, horrible parking and worst staff - I lived there for 1 year. First, my neighbors are bad. My unit is in the 2nd floor. My upstair neighbors turned on the heavy metal music until 3:00 or 4:00am. He throw sigaret butts into my balcony on purpose. My downstairs are loud too. Second, parking. It is horrible. My parking space was reserved but not covered. Many times other cars parked in my parking spot. I could not tow ...Full review of Creekside Village

A picture is worth a thousand words, judge for yourself. - Thankfully I have never lived here myself but unfortunately I do know multiple people that do and I have spent a great deal of time in this area visiting with people. So much time that I don't have to live here to make an accurate judgment of this place. From all the negative reviews I have read they seem to repeat my own experiences here or the experience of someone I know that lives here. ...Full review of Willamette Gardens

Finally Leaving this awfull place! - I have lived in these apartments for over 5 years. During that time management has change many times; with no accountability of prior management s actions. Meaning, every few months new management changes and any promises, agreements, or resolutions are totally forgotten/disavowed. I have included a picture of the quality of current management s work. The picture shows my screen ...Full review of Forest Hills

Loud Drunky Mold City - I lived here for two years while attending school at UO, only stayed to avoid the cost of a move when I was leaving town in a year anyway. The black mold in my apartment was so bad that I developed an allergy and had to go on medication midway through my second year here. I cleaned the walls with pure bleach on a regular basis, and it still kept coming back. Chase Village is also rather ...Full review of Chase Village

Everything went wrong! - I lived here for a year in one of there townhouses on the river. When we arrived we realized that the appliances are from the 1970's. Maybe not that old but who knows. At first it was an ok apartment even though they really needed to be updated, like bring them up to this century. Also the ants for months got into everything and you would have to clean the kitchen and bathroom everyday. ...Full review of Boulders on the River

New management's lust for profits leads to complete disregard for residents - I lived here sophomore year of college and it was fine. I was paying $375 a month, got free parking, and got to search around for the best deals on electricity, cable, and internet. I was lucky enough to end up living in a fairly quite building (away from the pool is quieter). Now, the management has forced all of the residents to pay extra fees so management can make profits ...Full review of University Commons Apartments

Not so bad - I normally don't write these things because I frankly don't care enough to do so. However, I will be moving out of Eugene shortly and I've been sorting through terrible reviews of apartment buildings in my future town and thinking, "God does anyone like where they live?" Out of curiosity I looked The Crossings up on apartment ratings and I was a little shocked to find ...Full review of The Crossings

Dangerous for all ages - I moved my daughter and granddaughter into this complex THINKING it was great. From the outside it looks good at first. The stairs are dangerous, and not maintained. The rails are too far apart, and dangerous for falls. The walls are paper thin. The electricity goes on and off throughout the day, rotting food in the fridge. The staff refuses to return deposits, and despite ...Full review of Redwood Park Apartments

I love living here! - By far, this has been the nicest out of several (actually, six) apartments I've had in Eugene. I never hear any noise from my neighbors and everyone seems to keep to themselves. Crime seems to be really low in this community, and this is the first place I've lived in Eugene where I haven't seen transients wandering the grounds at night. The manager is really kind and ...Full review of Somerset Villas

large apartments for the price - we have lived in our townhouse for a short time, but have been impressed by the size of the apartment in comparison to the price. The grounds are VERY well kept, with a landspape crew there almost every couple of weeks. Each townhouse has a private porch area with a small plot to plant things.

The apartment i live in was immaculate upon move in, (a cleaning crew, ...Full review of Four Seasons Townhouses
