I've lived here for 6 months now and am very happy! I have always been able to count on management to respond to complaints or problems (of which there have only been 1 or 2 small ones) and the neighbors are all quite nice. The grounds are well kept and the apartments are spacious, new, clean, and great! The location is wonderful: in a quiet neighborhood close to schools and easy freeway access, not to mention the best area of town, if you ask me. I would definitely recommend (and have!) these apartments to anyone!
(I don't know what that first comment is talking about with management being a joke; I completely disagree)
The rent is not expensive at all for Eugene. Other places we looked at in this price range were old and dumpy or very small. These come w/ all appliances including washer/dryer IN UNIT. There is a clubhouse w/ pool table and small gym. Definitely TWO THUMBS UP!
