We have at least one maintanence call a month, if they'll show up...no manager living on premises, apartment "manager" only shows up when she wants to.

Wouldn't live here again if it was free!

My car, and several others have been broken into or vandalized on several occassions!

We do have our maintenance guy that lives on site. He is a very busy guy trying to keep up with not only maintenance calls but with the turn of the apartments. We respond to the maintenance calls on a emergency basis when we are busy.The manager has several tasks.She runs the office by herself.We haven't had many people complain about cars being broken into, although we have had a couple since I have been the manager. We can't control all the riff raff at night.We try our best. We did have a security patrol at night only. We got rid of them since they weren't doing the job.

As for Matinence Man he was NEVER HOME, and to the fact she is busy that is TRue but she was busy doing anything but being a good manager and I have heard the Our Manger is actually the Daughter of the guy that owns the Complex so there ya go....If you want to believe the there BS go a head but all the negative reviews speak for themselves.

Who cares even if it is the daughter of the owner. She does her job and hardly ever has vacancies.So she is doing something right. No matter what you might think.
