The manager is very unreliable. She is never in the office. Our roof leaked our carpet was stained and when we moved out they made us pay $900 to put a new carpet in. The carpet was used and stained when we moved in! they charged us for every light bulb and they charged us to paint the walls even though we had lived there for a year. there is no such thing as wear and tear in these apartments, and the apartment was cleaner when we left than when we moved in!

I find it very interesting the most of the complaints want to be anonymous. If you want to complain then why don't you let people know who you are.The manager runs the office by herself. She has many tasks during the day.I find it hard to believe that you were charged for any damages that had allready existed when you moved into the unit.You fill out a move-in and out sheet when you move in and we go off that when you move out. So if the things weren't on the sheet you will be charged for them upon move-out.You will also be charged any maintenance that has to be done to the apartment once you move out, if you didn't report it to the office. And we are not responsible to replace your light bulbs!

Well I find it real intresting that your title is applewood541 so we know your the manager and yourarea cose is 541 as for the complaints there all Very Very Valid as for why people dont want you to know its probably beacue we all have to put our new addresses down to get what little refund is left after you come up with trumped up charges for us not to get our money back, there were Urine stains on the wall of our apartment in the bathroom, as for you Move in sheet and out ther are DIFFRENT!!!!! I was not told to pull out the fridge and look underneath it when I moved in or the stove as I was told with a list so long of things they want you to do Give me a break YOu know your ripping people off and you dont care its as simple as that and all the reviews written are true So ill say this if this is Either Shayna aka the manager thats NEVER there or Don the maintenece man who never fixed anything when we had things wrong why dont you practice what you preach and step up to the plate and reveal yourself as well!
