We checked out lots of rental homes and apartments and these were the biggest, nicest, and least expensive. They are in a great location - easy to get everywhere, low crime area, walking distance to bank and grocery store, 15 minute walk or shorter ride to the bike path... The elementary school is Gilham which is where everybody wants their kid to go if you send your kids to public school. We're a family of four and we're totally happy here. I think they just got new management in the last two years... we've not had any problems. We've had a few things repaired and each time they repaired it the very same day we made the maintenance request. All the apts are the same - 2/2 washer & dryer, yard or balcony, and the end units have built in bookshelves and entertainment centers. There's a pool table and an area for washing your car, and you can rent a huge garage for $65 extra a month. Also the apts are located on a road that dead ends into a residential neighborhood, so you feel safe... the only traffic are people living or working in the homes and the apartment complex. We're staying here until we find some land to buy and eventually build a home of our own.

I have been the manager for 4 years and have no problem keeping units rented. I have no reason to make a fake response. I have many tenants that have lived in this complex the entire time we have been open.

well all I can say is they must pay the tenants to write these or give them free rent because this review is such a Joke!!! Duynsathe is right this place sucks
