Management is extremely bad here. Never in the office during office hours, hard to get ahold of, and rude in response to requests. Expect to have to pay when you move out even if you left the place clean and in good shape.
Walls in the bedroom are too thin. I can hear my neighbor's conversations at 2 am and learned things I would prefer not to know about them...
I wouldn't live here again if I had the option.

The manager has many tasks during the day and always has a sign on the door as to when she will return.If you leave the apartment clean and ready to be moved into then you should receive your deposit back.More than likely you didn't pay a cleaninf fee, so you were responsible to have blinds and carpets clean and also to leave apartment ready for new move-in. We shouldn't have to do anything to apartment when you move out. Unfortinately that is not how it works most of the time.We do have some tenants that do.

MY RESPONSE IF THE MANAGER OF APPLEWOOD APT IS FULL OF CRAP YOU TAKE TAKE TAKE ALL OUR MONEY HELL WE HAD OVER 1400 IN DEPOSITS AND YOU HIRE ANOTHER TENANT TO CLEAN FOR YOU AND DONT EVEN CHANGE ALL THE CARPETS BUT CHARGE US FOR IT GIVE ME A BREAK APPLEWOOD541

You might want to get your facts straight.Well that should tell you something if you had that big of a deposit. Most people only have to pay the $295. Figure it out.Quit badmouthing Applewood when in all actuality it is your own fault!
