OK, so I found Applewood on forrent.com and I fell in love with the floorplan. I walk into the office to see if someone will show me a unit. I wasn't greeted when I walked in, ok I can handle that. When I asked if they had some information the lady pointed at a bookshelf as if I should have known.
When she took me into the unit I asked if she minded that I take pictures so I could show them to my fiance. Her response was "Well, they are on the website." Ok thanks, that's helpful!
This is not what I consider customer service, she treated me like she could care less if I moved in or not. I really liked these apartments and we would have moved in if the management hadn't been as rude as she was.

I have applied to become the new manager. Looking forward to residents stopping by the office for a meet and greet. I will be living on the property and in the office six days a week. See ya there.

If you weren't greeted when you walked in then I was probably with a tenant or on the phone.I pointed to the book shelf to show you where the brochures were, since some people don't see them.I was trying to be helpful and let you know that we had pictures on the website so you didn't have to take them. Sorry if you felt that was rude. I was just tru=ying to make things easier for you.
