TO ANYONE THATS HAS A BRAIN DONT MOVE HERE!! WE GOT CHARGED UNDER THE SUN FOR EVERYTHING, THEN WHEN WE DECIDED TO MOVE OUT OUR NEIGHBOR CAME OVER AND ASKED US WHY I TOLD THEM I DONT LIKE LISTENING TO MY NEIGHBORS GOING PEE OR LISTENING TO A TV ALL NIGHT, SO WHAT HAPPENS WE GO TO CLEAN WHEN WERE MOVING AND OUR BELOVED MANAGER COMES OUT AND SAYS WERE NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO HER TENNANTS!!!BECAUSE WE TOLD THEM WHY WERE LEAVING WHEN THEY ASKED US!!! GIVE ME A BREAK THIS PLACE IS SOOO NOT WORTH THE AGRIVATION!!! ANY DEPOSIT KISS IT GOODBYE YOU BELUCKY TO GET ANYTHING BACK AT ALL, AS FOR THE MANAGER SHE IS SOOO SPECIAL RUNS ON HER OWN SCHEDUAL NEVER THERE... OUR CAMODE OVERAN WAS ANYONE AROUND NOOO WE HAD TO TAKE CARE OF IT OURSELVES. I TRIED REALLY HARD TO THINK OF SOMETHING NICE TO SAY AND LOW AND BEHOLD I COULDENT, IF YOU DONT MIND HEARING EVERYTHING YOUR NEIGHBORS DO, LISTENING TO HOMEDEPOT TRUCKS ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT OR JUST RUDE MANAGEMENT YOU'LL LOVE IT THERE! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DONT MOVE IN TO THIS HELL HOLE SO NOT WORTH 745 A MONTH!!!! BEWARE OF THE THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I have read all the reviews here for Applewood apts. and I disagree. We have lived here for almost 2 years. The manager may not be here 24/7 but everytime I have called her she has always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time and takes care of my problem. No apartment I have lived in has a manager that is always in her office all day.And for the maintence guy here, he is awesome. Comes right away and fixes your problem. Very nice guy. I am very picky when it comes to apartments and yeah no pool or spa, but you compare to other apartments the square footage, washer and dryer and dishwasher and see if you find a cheaper place.

Well you can respond to the matinence man but said notheing of how rude she is because its the truth, as for finding a place I did and alot better than this Rip off scam of an apartment, I love how the name of the person has changed to applewoodrenter15 GIVE ME A BREAK I find it hillarious that all of a sudden there a change barley in name but all the same stuff said if you ask me its all written by either the manager herself or i can think of one other person that lives there that is her little gopher that listens to what all the tennants sat and then goes running back to the manager, as for fixing things they NEVER WERE THERE to come and fix things! And as for the manager Having Kids and picking them up Well Alot of us have kids and jobs and we have to pull 9 to 5. She was NEVER there and when she was there she was extremeley RUDE, and of course you cant complain about what we have because you have not moved yet so they have not scammed you out of all of your deposit do us all a favor quit trying to be Joan of Arc we all know the Apartments are Crap and so is the management.

YOu might want o grt off your high horse. Maybe your the one writing all the bad referals.I know several residents that have lived at applewood for 10 plus years. I love my apartment like I said and have no plans on moving.Do you have nothing better to do but play on a computer all day?! Maybe you better think about getting a life.And maybe you should of used the 24 hrs emergency line if you had an emergency both the manager and the maintenance guy have cell phones his in on the answering service. Oh and he does live on site also did you forget that?
