Yeah this place really does suck. The manager is never there. When she is its very little. I think they need to have a manager that lives at the apartments. Or they atleast need to have someone AT THE OFFICE 8-10 hours a day, they also need to have someone on call durring the weekends at all times. Oh and the maintenance guy is a real dirt bag. This just isnt a good idea.

Trust me run with your hard earned money and go put it in a place where it is worth it.

I think maybe you need to get a job and work 10 hrs a day then you tell someone else to. The manager does do her job and is very good at it. SHe is a very nice and caring person. She cares a lot about her tenants. She comes in on her days off even.They do have a maintenance guy that lives on site and is on call 24 hrs a day. Oh and he isn't a dirt bag. He is a very nice guy. He would do anything for anyone.He is a very hard worker. When he is out of town the manager takes all calls. They both do a great kob so I don't know what your talking about.
