I'm a tenant who has lived at Applewood for 5 years. I love this place! The walls are a bit thin, but I have never been in an apartment where you didn't hear your neighbors. I feel safe here and the neighborhood is quiet and convenient. The grounds are well maintained. The new manager, Diana, is a peach! Very nice and responsive to any concerns or complaints. Don, the maintenance man, is also nice and very helpful.
The apartments are beautiful inside and BIG! Close to everything. Couldn't ask for a better place to be.
