I have lived in these apartments with my mom two different times, totaling roughly 3 years. Sometimes it can be noisy during the day because of many kids, but otherwise is very nice. While living in the two bedroom townhouse, the master bedroom was very large.
The staff was always very friendly and attentive. They even let my mom clean the laundry facilities for a cut in rent.
Walking distance to a bus stop right at the entry of the apartments, as well as walking/biking distance to shopko and other west 11th shopping. Overall, a very good experience in these apartments and I plan to move into them quite soon.

I visited those apartments a few times. My ex used to live there. I remember it being pretty nice. Even checked them out to move into. They seemed good - a nice community. (2002-2004)
