I agree with absolutely awful!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This place sucks...I had not one but two bicycles stolen off of my patio and they were both chained.

The noise was unreasonable sometimes neighbors partied until 5 a.m.

Management did little that I know of to correct these problems after repeated complaints, and mold was a real problem.

The only positive was the affordable rent, but I finally found a nice place with a roommate.
