Too expensive for what they provide

Boulders on the River is rather expensive for the services provided. They also have strange rules about using their clubhouse and pool. Was not happy with the overall enviroment of the complex plus the lower social economic status of the leasee's they allow in the units. Rather trashy to be honest. Some of my friends referred to me as trailer trash.
