We moved in because we thought we were getting a good deal. A co-worker lived here with his partner, and they had split up. They offered us thier lease which still had 10 months on it, so we wouldn't have to pay the deposit. Well, hands down, the real reason they moved out is NOT because they split up. The neighbors are horrible. We've gotten two complaints so far for just having the t.v. on at night (quietly). The construction is shoddy and the price is far too high. Our lease is up in August and we cannot wait to move out. I would never recommend anyone to live here, and if they do I would hope that they would hav better luck than we did.
