Pretty Good

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Lived here for 2 years. a bit pricey when compared to Eugene standards. But has a beautiful clubhouse, an entertainment center with big screen, lots of gaming facilities,etc. Also being on the banks of the Willamette river has a lovely walking trail. Only drawback has been the awkward structue of the rooms which causes a lots of lost space.
