WOULDN'T LIVE THERE AGAIN

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
I lived at Boulders from April 2000 to December of 2000. At first everything seemed great even though we got stuck with over $1400 in refundable and non refundable deposits. We loved our apartment and once rhe upstairs neighbor realized someone was living downstairs he turned his music down. The walls are pretty darn thin though and since I had a neighbor on each side I could hear everything from their phone ringing to their TV . I was nice and never complained.
Well, the nightmare began with our cat. He wasn't allowed to go outside and that is riduculous and we got in trouble because we would let him out for about an hour each night. Then, since we forgot to give them a picture of our cat, they demanded on doing an expection to make sure we didn't have more than one cat. Things seemed better after that. Well, when we decided to get a bigger place and move into a more affordable place we gave our 30 day notice, moved out, and cleaned and cleaned. Well, after giving the, more than $1000 in deposits , we received back only $59!!! Well, needless to say, I took it to a lawyer and since it took them 37 days ( the law gives them only 32 days) to get my refund back they had to pay me twice what I paid them. Beware, they try and rip you off when you move out!
