I have lived here for the last 2 years, and now we are finally moving! When we first moved in the people in the office were really rude and the manager wouldn't even come out of her office to answer any of our questions. We didn't feel good about signing the lease, but our stuff was on its way with the movers so we didn't have a choice. We were not going to renew our lease, but after we met the new manager and she helped us out with our concerns, we felt comfortable renewing our lease, even though the rent was really high for what you get. I hadn't been into the office for a few months, and now the new manager is gone! It was so nice to stop by the office and have coffee and talk to my neighbors, but now you feel totally unwelcomed in the office-even if you pay rent! The maintenance manager is inept, and the the assistant manager who is now the new manager, is always in a bad mood and never happy to see you. It's apparent to me that the management of this apartment complex can't even keep their good employees, let alone their tenants. This place isn't worth it.
