I lived here for a year in one of there townhouses on the river. When we arrived we realized that the appliances are from the 1970's. Maybe not that old but who knows. At first it was an ok apartment even though they really needed to be updated, like bring them up to this century. Also the ants for months got into everything and you would have to clean the kitchen and bathroom everyday. Not only did we have ants and horrible old and loud appliances we had our cars broken into. My car was broken into then my husbands. They broke my window out and stole stuff from inside and then they ran into and vandalized my husbands trucks fenders. These events occurred at different times. They say that this apartment building has security and a gate but thieves must know the code and come in and break into my neighbors and others cars costing thousands in damage. Also they have no assigned parking except for one spot so sometimes you come home and have no where to park. Assigned parking is needed. If they were to bring new appliances in and new doors instead of whitewash it could be a nice place to live. But if they allow loser tenants to move in, then the vandalizing will just keep going on. So if you want $4,500 in damage to your car then live her other wise find a place that is better. But the handy men are helpful along with the office staff. And the location is beautiful but major changes need to occur to the actual areas that you live in.
