I really enjoyed living here. The complex is quiet, the people are friendly, and the staff is always ready and willing to help. I was most struck by the promptness of service. Whenever anything breaks they are quick to fix it and happy to do it. It's a little pricey for Eugene, but it offers some luxuries that others do not, such as the service and friendliness. It also has on-site laundry, free off-street parking, adequate size space, and water/sewer/garbage paid. I'd recommend it.
