Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
lived here for 6 months. Very clean, appliances worked great. Little noisey but we lived facing a busy street. Older building but very well kept. Good (and fast) maintaintence and friendly staff. rent is a bit steep but overall a great place.
