I only lived at Broadway Center for 4 months, but enjoyed my time there. The apartment was affordable (even on a pretty tight student budget) and comfortable. Interior finishes are a little dated, but apartment layout was nice - big living spaces, though kitchen was a little tight. My only complaint was that the apartment was dark, but I faced north and had a big tree out front. Utilities were not bad at all. Parking was never a problem. People wander through the alley that cuts through the complex (and hunt for bottles in the recycling area), but it always felt safe. If you live on the courtyard/parking lot side of the building it is nice and quiet. Location is very accessible to downtown and the freeway on-ramp though. Very cat friendly complex and the office staff are really nice and make you feel like family. A good place to live!
