Broadway center is definitely the best complex we've ever lived in. Nothing is fancy, but everything is kept up well. Our apartment looks like it was built a while ago, back when construction was better quality! The appliances all work well. There's usually parking right by our door. There are ceiling fans. The laundry room has cable TV and a library. The carpet is not even stained!
The staff has always been extremely helpful, even when we pulled into town at 11pm with a U-Haul! They also take packages in for you. We never needed any maintenance, which says something in itself, but if we did I would bet dollars to doughnuts it would have been prompt.
The only thing that's a little weird are all the bums around the neighborhood. But the positive community atmosphere Eugene is famous for makes up for it many times.
