Broadway Place is expensive if you compare it to the countless overpopulated, loud, unsafe, crime-ridden, beer-keg-infested and much cheaper apartments available in Eugene. But if you want security, privacy, attractive grounds, access to downtown and a professional, on-site staff...you will have to pay more. I did so gladly. All apartments have some level of ambient noise. If you can't deal with footsteps above and the occasional door slamming, go buy a house!
