New manager Jerry very friendly and not affraid to jump in lend a hand to his maintenance guys , sence he started working there , the grounds have a 100% improvment , and I have seen the apartments that he has been in control of fixxing and they are greatly improved , his apperance is very professonal and cares for the property....
