we have lived here for 1 year,our daughter just passed away and all the manager can do is hound us and take us to court for back money,even though we give him some thing every week.The manager is a real ass to work with, all he cares about is money.The place is a dump dirty carpets when you move in all they do is use there little shampooer.my main bathroom is falling apart.cats run all over the place,no working pool in the summer.never a parking spot.I hear the old manager for this place was great with people and cared about the grounds.no sprinklers to keep the grass green,all dead grounds.NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

Yes there was a manager a few years back that really cared about the property his name is Jerry but when Paul and his Brother bought the place they let him go and the place was run by a drunk for two years before they fired her and the so called perverted maintence guy , letting Jerry go was there biggest mistake as he cared about the proprty and the residents , nice lawns , crystal clear pools , wish I know where he was manageing as I am sure it's a great place..
