Churchill Village

When I lived there, the condition of the apartment was mmm, okay. The problem was, there were these managers who never fixed anything or responded to anything except a potential rent-up. They left (via being fired) and the place was sold to a local owner a year later. In any case, nothing improved. The tenants then had problems - drugs, domestic violence, noise. Not only have these problems continued, they've gotten worse. A friend of mine lived there for over a year and the current manager is a real jerk. He shows up at tenants' doors early in the morning demanding late rents and even walks in without permission. He went into my friend's bedroom one morning while she was still in bed and demanded that she pay him right then! He had just shoved right past her roommate to go in. Stay away from that place.
