Beautiful until you sign the lease

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
It does have beautiful grounds, close to bike trails, busline, mall, etc...
But once you sign on that solid line......Only one thing to say BEWARE!
Unfortunate for me I signed a 12 month lease. The agent was very nice but I went through heck getting approved. I am in my mid 40's and needed a cosigner due to the fact that my house was not in my name, just my ex husbands. Their policies and procdures are set in stone and regardless of the situation their is no bending the rules regardless. They seem to cater to the younger crowd who's parent's I would assume pay for the apartment. I do not recommend this place if you are a grown addult.
