Great place to live until I had to renew my lease.....

I am currently residing in the Creekside Village Apartments and have loved them up until the day I tried to renew my lease. They told me that I could not renew my lease based on their policy that if you have one complaint in your file they will not let you renew your lease. The only complaint I ever had was regarding noise and it was false. When they had contacted us back in March of 2005 regarding this my husband had contacted them and informed them it was not us but the tenants below the person who was complaining. The tenant who had complained even confirmed this. Because they never took this complaint out of our file they are refusing to allow us to sign a new lease.

That is unbelievable! They should have let you resign as soon as the tenant that made the complaint verified that they were mistaken. They should be lucky they have any tenants that want to renew their lease at all!
