If you're looking for an apartment and have read these reviews then you already know how awful this complex is. Not only do they charge an arm and leg in deposits. You end up paying way too much in rent! Our apartment had stains on the carpet, cracked walls, and the cheapest and most disgusting bathtub I have ever seen. Plus the plumbing was done poorly and as a result there is air trapped in the water lines, which makes a permanent loud thumping from the water heater 24/7. The walls are so thin that if you turn off your TV for one second you can hear the entire conversation of you next-door neighbor, so I hope you don't like your privacy. The dumpsters are always full and at night have bums searching through them. I hope you don't live here during the summer or you might as well go live in a sauna. I have never opened up two windows on the opposite side of a room and not had a cross breeze until I lived here. The staff must get incentive for signing new tenants because once you sign that lease they are no longer willing to accommodate you. I wish I had never set foot in that horrible apartment complex. I have never paid so much rent to be treated so poorly. Don't make this mistake, and if after reading these reviews you still decide this is the place you want to rent from, then I have no pity for what you will endure during your stay with them.
