Be VERY careful if you chose to live here.

-They will attempt to withhold your deposit so be VERY careful when you move in to document everything including any speck of dust on the blinds/smudge on the wall because you WILL be charged for that. Take lots of pictures both when you move in and when you move out (and have an attorney in the wings).
-Be prepared for high utilities. Water, sewer and trash ran $30-$45 and heat ran $50-$125. We were not reckless with usage.
-Try for an end unit because you will hear your neighbors and they will hear your normal activities of daily living.
-Though owners/their representatives have a right to protect their property, this property has a spy-on-your-neighbor policy that rewards a neighbor $100 to report another neighbors unreported pet.
-Rent hikes are not infrequent and steep. Right now, there are many better options for the same price as Creekside.
-Beware of promises. We were promised new vinyl in the bathroom, which never happened. The maintenance staff is fine, but staffing levels didn't allow repairs to be made in a timely manner.
-Parking is fine and it's a good location.
