My main complaint, as it seems with everyone is that the noise is awful, I'm listening to my neighbors move around right now, it sounds like shes having a pogo stick party, and I'm sure they're just normal living sounds. I imagine noise is better on the top floor cuz then you cant hear anyone having sex above you, and you get the vaulted ceilings. but you can even hear people whistling and talking below you.
The guy downstairs hums "and the saints go marching in" often. this place sucks really bad with sound. Probably the only people that are ok with it, are only ok with it because they've lived in worse situations.

Parkings pretty bad at night. if you have more than one car that is, you might as well not even look for a place and just park far away, and carry your stuff in the rain to your apt. and if you park in someone elses spot even just for a few min, you'll get a mean message from the ---- staff telling you they'll tow you.
They're good with fixing things though and they're staff is usually nice and very personal, but they're strict about things. Basically living here is PROBABLY only ok if you live on the top floor and dont mind getting told to stop stomping from time to time.

If you live here dont expect to get your security deposit back, as long as you kept everything good you probably wont owe anything, but you will not get the deposit back. normal wear to them is money in the pocket.
